GBPM Consulting is a UK consultancy that helps charities and their trustees get governance right.

Trustees give their time and skills to causes they care about, yet many are unsure of exactly what is expected of them, or are stretched by the demands of running an organisation. We work alongside boards to make governance clearer, lighter and more effective, so trustees can focus on what matters most: their charity’s purpose and the people it serves.

We believe good governance should be proportionate to the size and needs of each charity. A small volunteer-led group needs a different approach from a charity with paid staff and multiple funding streams, and our advice reflects that.

Technology that helps

We also develop apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Our first, Contact Extras, came from a simple need: somewhere to keep the extra details about people that a normal contacts app has no room for.
